Aleš has been working as a consultant, coach and trainer for 15+ years, mainly focusing on the development of management and sales skills, negotiation, team leadership, self-development and coaching.
He gained his experience in various business and managerial positions, first at Vodafone, creating and managing the telephone sales acquisition team, then at the Coca-Cola HBC company, being responsible for call center services and managing the project of online marketing tools, later also leading projects in the corporate areas covering 27 European countries and Russia.
In 2019, Aleš became the first certified Forest Therapy guide in the Czech Republic. He also collaborates with the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy from the USA and experts in the Shinrin-Yoku methodology from Japan.
Aleš is an expert in Sales and Negotiation area. He has also very strong background in Management and Leadership. He is very strong in “positive confrontation attitude” during all types of courses to really bring out the best out of the participants. His passion is to deliver trainings or coaching with the strong impact on authentic behavioral change not only in business but also personal life.
