An articulate and inspiring individual, Frédérik firmly believes that we learn a lot from our successes.
After studying software development, Frédérik had at first a successful career in the IT world for 10 years, through different European countries. He then joined Krauthammer more than 15 years ago to work on changing people’s working life for the better, meaning it was more enjoyable and more effective.
Frédérik believes we learn a lot from our successes, and he facilitates everyone’s growth and progress unveiling their potential and strategy of excellence. He considers collaborative work as a key factor for success, and he leverages this in all workshops he leads. He loves international projects, and he has supported several clients dealing with multicultural environments in more than 18 countries.
A current client project he really enjoys leading deals with supporting the shift of an entire company – 14000 employees across the world – from “command & control” practices towards a culture of empowerment. He is mainly involved in France, in Belgium and in the UK. So far, they have reached an important milestone and the next step for them is to fully transform into an Agile organization following SAFe®.
