Laurent is a Senior Consultant at Krauthammer, specialized in change management, leadership training, development, assessment, and coaching. He has vast experience in coaching individuals and teams to facilitate strategic changes or operational improvements that require behavior change at an individual, team and/or corporate level.
One of his successful projects was developing and executing a management programme to guarantee the cultural alignment of more than 100 managers for a global cosmetic giant.
An open-minded, cooperative, and analytical individual, Laurent is also an expert in developing and leading assessment centres (ACs). On average, he leads 80 ACs per year. The ACs provide clients with objective standards for recruiting or neutral observation for systematically developing leaders and managers. A recently created AC, dedicated to future CEOs, is combined with training and coaching sessions. He aims to make each candidate aware of their personal strengths and where to improve before starting their new position.
