Valérie Verlinden

Valérie is known for her enthusiastic, communicative and very social personality. She has been coordinating an MBA program for many years at an international business school, working with very diverse groups of high demanding participants and coached Master students at this school for almost 12 years. Always starting from her passion to help individuals grow and to bring out the best in them.

Later she decided to transfer this conviction to organizations as well. In her role as business developer of an international research institute, she convinced organizations to focus on their unique company culture, on their human capital, in order to create an environment of trust, leading to better and healthier company results. Turning employees into motivated and engaged team players was her mission for many years.

It is from this passion that Valérie is now active within Krauthammer as a sales and training consulting, to bring out the best in people through our trainings, resulting in a more positive employee engagement and contribution.
