About

Dynamic trainer with a strong background in management and behavioral sciences, Cristina has spent most of her career abroad. She has been facilitating groups and giving trainings for more than 16 years, which is why she considers herself a lucky woman. She does what she loves every day: learning and teaching others.

Cristina has worked in management, sales, marketing and human resources in French, English and Romanian in multinationals in Paris (Orange, Nokia / Alcatel Lucent) and Romania, so her number 1 quality is adaptability and creativity.

Cristina is a certified coach that works both with intuition and pragmatic neuroscience-based methods. She is atunely balanced between left and right brain approaches and behaviors, and thus, can facilitate a wide range of audiences.

Her vision is a world where going to "work" brings smiles to people's faces; where each of us lives with the belief that "I am enough and complete exactly as I am", where we see each other for who we really are: human.
