Olga is skilled in intercultural communication and is a very approachable person. She lived and worked in Poland and the United States which shaped her to be an open-minded and naturally curious person. Her big strength is the ability to make a genuine connection with people and help them grow.
She combines natural calmness with her determination which conclusively encourages people to take action in a positive and effective way.
Prior to Krauthammer, Olga was managing a training department of a retail luxury brand and delivering training sessions face-2-face, as well as remotely, in areas of effective communication, client experience and selling.
Due to her 10 years’ experience in retail, she has a high understanding of strategic, analytical and conceptual projects, possessing a high organization talent with attention to detail.
