Over 20 years ago, Agnieszka discovered her passion for contributing to helping people unleash their potential and awakening their ‘sleeping’ talents and individual strengths. Believing fervently that everyone has the potential to grow, she engages and guides people to become the best that they can be.
Her charismatic, open and pragmatic personality combined with her positive energy and engaging style leaves people motivated and developmentally inclined.

Prior to Krauthammer, she gained vast experience working for French public organisations under the auspices of the French Embassy in Poland and in her role on the HR team for a world leading food company.

Agnieszka leads Krauthammer’s activities in Poland where she works on sales, leadership and management projects with an extensive spectrum of both local and international clients in various sectors. She is a certified PCM® consultant and is also involved in a management club for French speaking top executives.
