A creative, forward-thinking Gen Y’er with a strong background in digital transformation, Cristina has spent most of her career abroad. This, combined with 7 years of experience in change management has equipped her with essential skills for dealing with today’s challenges. Cristina has worked in French, English and Romanian multinationals, as well as state-owned companies and is experienced in adapting programmes to a specific company culture and needs working together with clients, she has successfully created numerous development programmes for aligning human capital with an organisation’s strategy, values and digital advancement. She has also led and accompanied many transformation projects in industries such as telecommunications, health, construction and technology. Cristina is a very open-minded, detail oriented team player who thinks strategically. With her highly developed critical sense, she challenges the status quo and helps individuals and groups mirror their problems and find the best solution.
