Prior to joining Krauthammer in 1990, Jos was Vice Principal of a special education institute after studying clinical and occupational psychology. At Krauthammer, in addition to sales and executing behaviour trainings, his responsibilities encompass R&D, Krauthammer University, group business development, partnering, as well as both country and regional management. He also served for two terms as a member of Krauthammer’s Executive Board. Jos is an engaging, focused and pragmatic individual, who enjoys facilitating higher performance and ensuring the fulfilling contribution of individuals, team and companies. His wide spectrum of proven strengths include designing smart and impactful corporate curriculums, leading large scale leadership and sales excellence programmes, train the trainer/facilitator approaches, corporate academy design and executive coaching of leadership team members. With a customer and business focused, flexible approach, Jos has developed many highly successful leadership and commercial excellence programmes for some of Krauthammer’s largest clients across the globe.
