Klaas Jan’s experience spans from 8 years of training top league field hockey teams – with two of his teams winning the Dutch championship title, to becoming an entrepreneur and founding a men’s fashion franchise. In addition, he’s been an account manager for a chemical cleaning manufacturer, servicing large global industrial giants like Dow Chemical and Texaco.
Shortly after joining Krauthammer in 1994, Klaas-Jan moved from the Netherlands to set up Krauthammer’s US office in Atlanta, Georgia. While there, he was also involved in setting up Krauthammer’s Brazil office. Since returning to Europe in 2007, as a Senior Partner, Klaas-Jan has been training and coaching for multinationals across many different sectors and countries. His expertise lies mainly in Leadership, Management and Strategic & Key Account Management, particularly in a global context. A flexible, enthusiastic individual, Klaas-Jan’s main passion is working with challenging and high impact change programmes for international groups.
